Job Title: Videographer / Photographer cum Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

·         To create a compelling story about Alenu IT's brand/products/services through:
- corporate video
- client testimonial videos
·         Coordinate and assist in execution of marketing programs to drive sales objectives.
·         Assist the Marketing team in event invites and logistics.

Required Skills:
·         Excellent planning and project management skills.
·         Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Powerpoint & Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, CSS…
·         Basic communication design skills
·         Online video/webinar production knowledge
·         Editorial/content production
·         Event/workshop/seminar production & marketing
·         Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
·         Web savvy

Job Title: Telesales cum Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:


·         Coordinate and assist in execution of marketing programs to drive sales objectives.
·         Updating of reports and spreadsheets of marketing activities.
·         Support Channel and Value Added Resellers on co-marketing activities.
·         The work include to gather information that will help identify potential customers worth to follow up with email/fax and schedule an appointment for the meet up with company outdoor field sales representative or pre-sales consultant.
·         Gathering new set of database.
  • Cleaning and maintaining of database.
  • Company introduction, its products and services directly over the phone.
  • Assist the Marketing team in event invites and logistics.
  • Assist in RSVP follow-up calls.
  • Updating of company’s social media accounts
·         Other marketing activities in support of marketing team as required

Required Skills:
·         Excellent planning and project management skills.
·         Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Powerpoint & Excel…
·         Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
·         Web savvy
Preferred domain knowledge:

·         Basic communication design skills
·         Event/workshop/seminar production & marketing
·         Avid Social media user with foundation in social media marketing
·         Editorial/content production
